One of our favourite seasonal brews that we’ve made for the last few years, brewed to warm you up as we head into the cooler months. The 2018 recipe has dialled back the malt character just a touch, resulting in lighter hue and slightly less sweetness.
The malty character is still there up front, followed by a slight resinous bitterness from Vic Secret coming through towards the back, stripping that malty sweetness and allowing the earthy spice of the Helga dry hop to shine.
